Booking Cancellation And Refunds 

  • 100% refunds are available for cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date.
  • Cancellations made 2-3 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

Process Of Refund ➖

  • If your refund is approved, please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your original payment source.
  • Cash payments will be refunded via UPI after verification.

Rescheduling Your Events ➖

  • You can reschedule your event without any extra cost if you do so 4-5 days or more before the original event date.
  • Rescheduling within 48 hours of your event may incur additional charges.

Non refundable Situation

  • If your event includes services like printing, flexing, or cutouts, please note that we cannot offer refunds once these items have been printed.
  • If your event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances like a mishap or government order, we’ll apply your payment as a credit towards your next event.
