Booking Cancellation And Refunds
- 100% refunds are available for cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date.
- Cancellations made 2-3 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
Process Of Refund ➖
- If your refund is approved, please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your original payment source.
- Cash payments will be refunded via UPI after verification.
Rescheduling Your Events ➖
- You can reschedule your event without any extra cost if you do so 4-5 days or more before the original event date.
- Rescheduling within 48 hours of your event may incur additional charges.
Non refundable Situation ➖
- If your event includes services like printing, flexing, or cutouts, please note that we cannot offer refunds once these items have been printed.
- If your event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances like a mishap or government order, we’ll apply your payment as a credit towards your next event.
