A decorator brings the balloons and puts them up at your home, hotel room, banquet hall or office. If you have been watching videos on how to do balloon decoration at home, this saves you the pumping and the ladder.

A welcome home in Bhagwan Bazar

Suppose your younger sister is coming home to Bhagwan Bazar after her first year away at college, on an evening train into Chhapra Junction. You book a 5 PM slot, and the decorator fills the verandah and the stair railing with pastel balloons before the family leaves for the station. By the time she reaches the gate with her bags, the whole lane can tell something is going on.

Balloon Decoration in Chhapra: designs and prices

Balloon tips for Chhapra weather and homes

• Balloons go soft quickly in heat. Through May, when Chhapra regularly crosses 40°C, book a slot after sunset and keep the room cool.
• For a rooftop or open verandah, think about rain. July brings the heaviest rain of the year here, so keep a covered room as a backup.
• Older houses around Gudri Bazar and Kashi Bazar can have tight stairs. Note the floor and the width of the entrance so you pick a design that fits the room.
• If the party is in a marriage hall or banquet hall, ask the manager when the room opens and whether tape and stands are allowed.

What is included

The design page lists the balloons, stands and any backdrop or props that come with it, and setup at your place is part of the price. Cake, food and the venue are yours to organise unless the design says otherwise.
