Not every celebration needs a decorated room. Sometimes you want to send something: to a friend on their birthday, to new parents at the hospital, or to someone you can't be with in person. A balloon bouquet does that job. Funtook has five balloon bouquet and hamper designs, priced from ₹1,499 to ₹3,299, delivered to the address you choose in the time slot you pick.

This page describes each design, who it suits, how delivery works and how to keep the balloons looking good once they arrive.

The five designs

It's a Boy and It's a Girl bouquets (₹1,499 each)

Made for congratulating new parents. The It's a Boy Balloon Bouquet has 10 blue balloons, 5 confetti balloons and an It's a Boy foil with ribbons. The It's a Girl Balloon Bouquet has 10 pink balloons, 5 confetti balloons and an It's a Girl foil. They are compact enough to carry into a hospital room or place beside the baby's cot at home.

Birthday Surprise Balloon Bouquet (₹1,699)

The Birthday Surprise Balloon Bouquet is a 6-piece bouquet with a customised name bobo balloon. A bobo balloon is a clear, round balloon; the name or message is printed on it, so it reads well in photos. It's the most personal of the five and suits a birthday gift at home or the office.

Golden Surprise Balloon Bouquet (₹1,799)

The Golden Surprise Balloon Bouquet has 15 golden chrome balloons and 10 confetti balloons tied with ribbons. The chrome finish looks formal, so it works for a promotion, a work anniversary, a graduation or a milestone birthday where a cartoon foil would feel out of place.

Celebration Balloon Bouquet (₹3,299)

The Celebration Balloon Bouquet combines 20 red roses with a bobo balloon in a round box, finished with a customised sticker and black ribbons. It's the choice for an anniversary, Valentine's Day, a proposal or an apology, when flowers and a balloon together say more than either alone.

Choosing the right bouquet

If the recipient has a big day planned, such as a birthday party at home, a bouquet on its own may be overshadowed. In that case, consider a room setup from birthday room surprises or anniversary decoration instead.

Occasions through the year

Balloon bouquets aren't only for birthdays. A few dates where people commonly send one:

• Valentine's Day and Rose Day: the Celebration bouquet with roses is the obvious pick. Order early, because this is the busiest week of the year for romantic gifts.
• Mother's Day and Father's Day: the Golden Surprise bouquet looks elegant on a dining table without being too playful.
• Friendship Day and Rakhi: when a sibling or friend lives in another part of the city, a bouquet with their name on a bobo balloon arrives as a surprise.
• Exam results, admissions and new jobs: the Golden Surprise bouquet suits a congratulation that feels grown-up.
• Hospital discharge and new babies: the It's a Boy and It's a Girl bouquets, sent either to the hospital (if allowed) or to the family's home.

Bouquet or full decoration?

A bouquet is a gift: it arrives, it's handed over, and it sits in one corner of the room. A decoration transforms the room itself. If you're in the same city and can arrange access, a room surprise starting at ₹1,299 costs about the same as a bouquet and changes the whole room. If you can't be there, can't arrange access to the home, or the recipient is at work or in hospital, a bouquet is the practical choice.

Writing the message

Two of the designs carry printed text: the name bobo balloon and the customised sticker. Keep the message short enough to read at a glance, for example a name and "Happy Birthday", or two names and a date. Spell names exactly as they should appear and write the message in the booking notes. Printed items are made for your order and are non-refundable, so check the spelling before paying.

How delivery works

1. Pick the design and check what is included on the product page.
2. Enter the delivery address in one of our cities, with the recipient's name and a phone number of someone who will be there.
3. Choose the date and time slot. Slots run in one-hour windows from 8 AM to midnight. For same-day delivery, slots start at least two hours after you book.
4. Pay online, either a 30% advance or the full amount. We don't offer cash on delivery.

Surprises at home

If the bouquet is a surprise, give us the phone number of someone at the address other than the recipient, such as a flatmate or family member, so the delivery can be coordinated without spoiling it.

Offices and hospitals

Offices and hospitals often have security desks and visiting rules. Share the recipient's name, company or ward, and floor. Check with the office reception or the hospital that balloons are allowed inside; some wards restrict latex balloons. If they are not allowed, the Celebration bouquet with roses in a box is usually the safer choice.

Keeping the balloons looking good

• Keep the bouquet indoors, away from direct sun, heaters and cooking gas. Heat makes balloons expand and burst.
• Keep it away from ceiling fans and AC vents, which push balloons against walls and corners.
• Chrome and foil balloons keep their shine longer than plain latex, so the Golden Surprise and the foil designs stay presentable longer.
• Remove burst balloon pieces straight away if there are small children or pets at home.

Cancellation

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund; after that a cancellation fee may apply, and customised items such as printed bobo balloons and stickers are non-refundable. Full terms are on the cancellation policy page. If something about the delivery isn't right, tell us within two hours so we can look at it. Product photos show the finished bouquet; colours can vary slightly with material availability.

Pair it with a bigger surprise
