Birthday party organiser packages for halls and clubhouses

A home birthday needs one decorated wall. A party in a banquet hall, a clubhouse or a restaurant party room needs more: a stage backdrop the whole room can see, an entry gate, balloons across the hall, a cake table and lighting that works in the evening. Funtook's birthday organiser packages cover that full setup. There are 15 packages, priced from ₹8,999 to ₹24,999, mostly for children's first and early birthdays with a theme. Each package page lists what is included.

This page explains what the packages cover, how they differ from our decoration-only designs, how to plan the hall, and how to book.

What an organiser package includes

The contents vary by package, but most combine these elements:

• A stage or themed backdrop, usually 10 to 16 feet wide, printed with the theme and the child's name.
• Theme cutouts and props: characters, animals, cars or butterflies to match the theme.
• Balloon decoration on the backdrop, and in the larger packages, bunches across the hall.
• An entry gate decorated in the theme, so guests know they've found the right party.
• Stage lighting or LED name letters, so the backdrop shows up after sunset.
• A decorated cake table in several packages, and a welcome board in some.

Packages cover the decoration and setup at your venue. The venue itself, catering, the cake, and entertainment such as games or performers are arranged by you.

The packages

₹8,999 to ₹15,999

The Baby Elephant Birthday Decor (₹8,999) uses two themed backdrops of 7 x 4 and 6 x 3 feet with 600 to 800 balloons, a baby box, cutouts, lights and balloon bunches in the seating area. The Superhero Theme Birthday Decoration (₹13,999) has a 10 ft customised backdrop, cutouts, an entry gate, stage lighting and balloon bunches in the hall. The Premium Jungle Safari Decoration (₹15,999) adds a customised welcome board.

₹16,999 to ₹19,999

This band covers the most popular themes with a 12 ft backdrop: Hello Kitty, Peppa Pig and Purple Butterfly at ₹16,999, Car Theme at ₹17,999 with a cake table, Premium Butterfly at ₹18,500 with LED name letters, Dinosaur at ₹18,999, Jungle at ₹19,500 with a 12 x 8 ft stage, and Frozen and Rainbow at ₹19,999. The Rainbow package uses 1,200 to 1,500 balloons.

₹23,999 to ₹24,999

The largest packages, Boss Baby (₹23,999), Theme Birthday Party Decorations (₹24,999) and Mermaid (₹24,999), use a 12 x 8 ft or 16 x 8 ft designer stage backdrop with stage lighting, a designer entry gate and custom theme cutouts.

Planning the hall

Book the venue first

Confirm the hall or clubhouse, its timings and its rules before booking a package. Ask how early decorators can enter, whether there is a stage, where the power points are, and whether anything can be fixed to the walls. Share the venue name, the manager's number and these details in the booking notes.

Allow time for the setup

A full hall setup takes much longer than a home arch. Book a time slot well before the party and make sure the hall booking covers it. For an evening party, a morning or early-afternoon slot is safer.

Plan the layout

Put the stage backdrop on the wall facing the entrance so guests see it as they arrive, the cake table in front of the stage, and seating facing the stage. Keep a clear path from the entry gate to the stage for the birthday child's entry and for photographers.

Share names and photos early

Backdrops, welcome boards and LED name letters are made for your party, so share the child's name, age, date and any photos as soon as you book. Printed items are non-refundable once made.

A planning timeline

Four to six weeks before: book the venue and decide the theme with your child. Check the hall's rules on decorators, timings and power.

Three to four weeks before: choose the package and book the date and slot. Share the child's name, age and photos for the backdrop and boards.

One to two weeks before: finalise the guest list, the cake (to match the theme), the return gifts and any entertainment you are arranging yourself. Tell the caterer where the stage will be so the buffet doesn't block it.

The day before: confirm the setup slot with the hall manager, and share the contact person who will meet the decorators.

On the day: arrive early enough to check the setup before guests come, and tell us within two hours of completion if anything needs attention. Plan the cake cutting in front of the stage so every photo has the backdrop behind it.

Themes and ages

For a first birthday, soft themes such as baby elephant, butterfly, Hello Kitty, Peppa Pig and jungle safari are common. From about three years old, children usually ask for a character: Frozen, superhero, Boss Baby, mermaid, cars or dinosaurs. If you're unsure, rainbow and butterfly suit both boys and girls and photograph well.

Booking and payment

Choose a package, select your city, date and time slot, and pay a 30% advance or the full amount online. We don't offer cash on delivery. Book as early as you can once the venue is confirmed, because weekend dates in the wedding and festival months are busy. You can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund; after that a cancellation fee may apply, and printed or customised items are non-refundable. See the cancellation policy.

Backdrops, frames, cutouts, lights and other props are provided for the event and collected afterwards. Tell us within two hours of completion if something needs attention. Package photos show the finished design; the real setup can vary with the venue and material availability.
