Birthday Party Organisers in Patna

Theme Birthday Party Setups for Halls in Patna

A first birthday in Patna is rarely a small affair. The guest list grows from family to neighbours to colleagues, the living room stops being big enough, and the party moves to a banquet hall, a hotel function room or a community hall. At that point a few balloons on the wall are not enough: the hall needs an entrance, a stage, a backdrop the photographer can work with and a theme that ties it all together.

Funtook's birthday party organiser packages in Patna are full decoration setups for exactly these parties. There are 21 packages, priced from ₹8,999 to ₹24,999, in themes such as jungle safari, Boss Baby, mermaid, Frozen, unicorn, superhero, dinosaur, butterfly, Peppa Pig, Hello Kitty, space and hot air balloons. Each package has a fixed list of what our team builds at the venue, and you can see that list on every design's page before you pay.

What a Party Package Includes

Packages differ by theme and size, but most of them are made from the same building blocks:

• A theme backdrop for the stage, from about 6 x 6 ft to a 16 x 8 ft stage backdrop in the largest packages.
• Balloons across the setup, typically 600 to 800 in the bigger packages, used in arches, columns and bunches around the hall.
• An entry gate or balloon arch at the hall entrance, often with a welcome board.
• Theme cutouts of the characters or animals in the theme.
• LED name and age letters in several packages.
• Cake tables with decoration, for example three cylinder tables in the jungle safari package. The tables are decorated; the cake itself is not part of the package.
• Stage lighting in the premium packages.

As an example, the Jungle Safari Party Decoration at ₹14,999 includes a 6 x 6 ft thematic backdrop, 700 to 800 balloons, a welcome board, five animal foils, an entrance gate, six balloon columns, three cylinder cake tables with decor, five thematic cutouts and LED name and age letters. The Mermaid Themed Birthday Party Decorations at ₹24,999 has a 16 x 8 ft stage backdrop, stage lighting, theme cutouts, a grand entry with a welcome board and a balloon arch gate, and balloon bunches across the hall.

What You Arrange Separately

Our packages cover the decoration of the party. The venue, food and catering, the birthday cake, return gifts, a photographer and any entertainers such as a magician or an anchor are booked by you. This keeps the price clear: what is on the product page is what our team brings and builds, and nothing else is added later.

Planning a Hall Party in Patna

Check the venue first

Before booking a package, ask the hall or hotel three questions: are outside decorators allowed, how early can they enter, and is there a stage or an open wall for the backdrop? A full hall setup takes a few hours, so the decorator needs access well before guests arrive. Some banquet halls also have rules about tape on walls or nails in panels; tell us about them and we will plan around them.

Measure the stage wall

A 16 x 8 ft backdrop needs a wall or stage at least that wide. If the hall is smaller, choose a package with a 6 x 6 or 7 x 4 ft backdrop and use the balloon columns to fill the space. Send us a photo of the hall if you are unsure.

Pick a slot that leaves time

For a 7 PM party, a slot around 2 PM to 3 PM gives the team time to finish and clean up before the family arrives for photos. Slots run in one-hour windows from 8 AM to midnight.

Book early in the busy months

From November to February, Patna's wedding season fills banquet halls and evening slots, and weekends around Diwali and Chhath are busy too. For a hall party in those months, book one to two weeks ahead so the theme and the customised items are ready.

A Sample Timeline for a 7 PM Hall Party

Time	What happens
2 PM	Decorators arrive at the venue and start with the stage backdrop
4 PM	Entry gate, balloon columns and hall bunches go up
5 PM	Cake tables, cutouts and lights are placed and checked
6 PM	Family arrives for photos before guests, caterer sets up
7 PM	Guests arrive

Adjust the start time to your venue's entry rules, and keep someone from the family at the hall when the decorators arrive to confirm the layout.

Personalising the Theme

Most packages include the child's name and age, either as LED letters, a welcome board or a printed backdrop. Share the spelling, the age and any colour preferences when you book. Printed and customised items are made specifically for your party and cannot be refunded once made, so please check them carefully. If you want a theme that is not listed, call us on +91 95086 38307 and we will tell you what is possible.

Smaller Parties at Home

If the party is at home with twenty or thirty guests, a full hall package may be more than you need. Our kids theme decoration in Patna has themed backdrops from ₹1,399, and birthday decoration in Patna has balloon arches and room setups from ₹1,299. For a first birthday that is also a family function, compare those with the Baby Elephant Birthday Decor, our most compact hall package. You can see every service we offer in the city on the Funtook Patna page and photos of real setups on our recent work page.

Cancellation and Changes

You can cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. After that a cancellation fee may apply, and customised items cannot be refunded. If your venue or date changes, call us as early as possible; changes depend on availability. See the cancellation policy for the full terms.
