A first birthday in a big Noida society can easily outgrow the flat. There are the neighbours from the tower, the parents from the child's playschool, colleagues from the office, and grandparents and cousins travelling in from Lucknow, Patna, Chandigarh or Kolkata. Suddenly the guest list is a hundred and twenty, the clubhouse or a banquet hall is booked, and the decoration has to fill a large space and look good in every photograph and video. That's exactly what our birthday party organiser packages in Noida are designed for: filling a big room with a theme that holds up in every photograph.
They're the biggest theme sets we make, costing between ₹8,999 and ₹24,999. Open any package to see its full inventory, which makes comparing, say, dinosaurs with Frozen quick. Once booked, our crew arrives at the clubhouse or hall and has the stage ready long before the first guest.
| Venue | Pros | Check before booking |
|---|---|---|
| Society clubhouse | Close to home, familiar, affordable | Hall size, deposit, clean-up time, rules on tape and helium |
| Party hall or banquet | Catering, space, air conditioning | Entry time for decorators, back-to-back bookings |
| Restaurant party room | Food sorted, easy for guests | Room size, decoration rules |
| Lawn or open venue | Space for games, pleasant in winter | Wind, fog, heaters, lighting |
Most Noida first birthdays happen in a clubhouse or a mid-sized party hall, and the packages that fit those rooms best are the gentle, pastel ones. The elephant set, Baby Elephant Birthday Decor, is the most affordable at ₹8,999 and suits a smaller clubhouse perfectly. For a larger hall, parents often compare Premium Jungle Safari Decoration (₹15,999) with Purple Butterfly Birthday Decor (₹16,999). If the family wants the whole society talking, Boss Baby Theme Party Decoration at ₹23,999 is the showstopper.
Toddlers who adore a particular show get Peppa Pig or Hello Kitty, both ₹16,999. School-age children tend to ask for action: the ₹13,999 superhero set, ₹17,999 racing cars, ₹18,999 dinosaurs or the ₹19,500 full jungle party. Frozen and Rainbow, at ₹19,999 each, please almost everyone. For a banquet hall with a real stage, the ₹18,500 premium butterflies or our largest set, the ₹24,999 mermaid party, fill the space.
Prices as listed in September 2026.
For up to about thirty guests in the flat, a design from kids theme decoration in Noida, starting at ₹1,399, is enough. For a society clubhouse with forty to eighty guests, a large theme backdrop or one of the smaller packages. For a hundred or more in a large clubhouse or banquet hall, a package gives the stage the scale it needs.
Noida's first birthdays bring together families from different parts of India, and the party often blends their customs: a puja or a gurdwara visit in the morning, a cake-cutting and dinner in the evening, maybe a dhol for the Punjabi side and payesh for the Bengali side. The baby spends much of the evening on stage in a parent's arms, so put a comfortable sofa there, centre the design on the baby's name and a big "1", and keep a quiet room nearby for feeds and naps. Cut the cake early, while the baby is still awake and smiling, and before the grandparents start to tire.
For five- to ten-year-olds, the party is about friends from school and the society. Place the backdrop at one end of the hall and games at the other, cut the cake about an hour in, and keep the children's part to around two hours. A clear end time helps parents who have to drive back across the city or put little ones to bed.
A clubhouse full of children needs a plan for the hour before the cake. Some packages include party elements; the package page says exactly what. Beyond that, Noida parents often hire a magician or a puppeteer for younger children, a games host who runs relay races on the clubhouse lawn, or a tattoo and caricature corner for older ones. Toddlers do best with a bubble machine and a mat of soft toys in a quiet corner. Whatever you book, give it its own zone, away from the stage, and let us know where it will be.
Many clubhouses have their own rules about outside caterers and kitchen use, so check before booking. Children eat early and quickly, so a small counter with mini pizzas, pasta, fries and fruit, opened as they arrive, keeps them content. Adults arrive later and stay longer, so the main buffet can open after the cake. Keep both well away from the stage, so the photographs show the backdrop, not the chafing dishes.
Children compare goody bags in the lift on the way home, so it's worth matching them to the theme. Mini dinosaurs, glitter pouches, superhero masks or toy cars, packed in bags of the party colours, are the usual choices. For a first birthday, where most guests are adults, a box of sweets is traditional. The shops of Atta market in Sector 27 stock plenty of options.
A Noida birthday often brings guests from several societies and other cities, and each society has its own gate process. Share a short note in the invitation: the society name, the gate to use, the tower for the clubhouse, and whether visitors should register on an app or at the gate. Grandparents travelling from Lucknow, Patna or Kolkata may arrive tired; keep comfortable chairs near the stage for them, and make sure the photographer captures them with the birthday child.
For couples far from their hometowns, the society often becomes family, and a first birthday is when it shows. Neighbours help with the arrangements, lend chairs, watch the children and stay to clear up. It's worth planning a moment to thank them: a group photo in front of the backdrop, or the first slices of cake. Those friendships tend to last well beyond the party, and the same neighbours will be at every birthday for years to come, watching the children grow up together in the same towers.
Booking the package before the clubhouse is confirmed. Too little time for the setup before guests arrive. A stage in front of the clubhouse's glass wall, turning every evening photo into a mirror of lights. Forgetting that the hall must be cleared by a fixed time. And no quiet room for a tired one-year-old. Each is easy to avoid with a little planning.
Share the design with your photographer beforehand. Ask for shots of the empty set before guests arrive, a family portrait on stage after the cake, close-ups of the baby in soft light without flash, and a group photo of the children with their goody bags.
In Noida's big societies, it's common for two families whose children share a birthday week to share the clubhouse and a package. It halves the hall and decoration costs and doubles the fun for the children, who usually share most of their friends anyway. Choose a theme both children like, such as rainbow, jungle or cars; ask for both names on the board; and give each child a moment at the cake. Agree in advance who handles which vendor, so nothing falls through the cracks on the day.
Clubhouse fees in Noida are usually modest, so the biggest costs tend to be food, the package, the cake, photography and goody bags. For a banquet hall, the venue and catering dominate. The package should be sized to the room: a grand set in a small clubhouse feels crowded, and a small one in a large hall looks thin. If you're unsure, share the hall's dimensions and your guest count, and we'll recommend a size.
Many Noida couples come from different regions, so a first birthday often combines two sets of customs. The morning might hold a small puja from one side and a visit to the gurdwara or church from the other; the evening might feature a Punjabi dhol and a Bengali sweet table. The decoration can reflect both: a neutral, joyful theme such as rainbow or butterflies works for everyone, and the printed board can carry the baby's name in the style both families prefer. It's one of the loveliest things about celebrating in a city of newcomers, where every family brings something from home.
With so many parents working in the tech sectors, weekend parties are the norm. Saturday afternoon and evening slots in popular clubhouses fill weeks ahead, so book early. For a weekday birthday, many families hold a small cake-cutting at home on the day and the big party on the following weekend.
Most clubhouses need the hall cleared the same evening. Ask two or three relatives or neighbours to pack the foil balloons, the name board and any props you want to keep, while another collects the gifts and notes who gave what. Latex balloons can be popped and bagged for the society's dry-waste collection. The name board and the big number foil make lovely decorations for the child's room, and a reminder of the day for years afterwards.
Many Noida societies have landscaped lawns or podium gardens, and from November to February an afternoon party outdoors is lovely, with room for a bouncy castle and games. Set the backdrop against a wall or a covered pavilion so the wind doesn't move the balloons, and plan to move indoors to the clubhouse by early evening, when the cold and fog arrive. On poor air-quality days, keep the whole party inside. Check with the committee about using the lawn, noise limits and cleaning afterwards.
Summer parties belong in air-conditioned halls with an evening start. The monsoon rules out lawns. In late October and November, poor air quality makes indoor venues the sensible choice. Winter is peak season, with pleasant afternoons and foggy evenings; book halls well ahead, as weddings compete for them. The mild weeks of February and March, and the short window in October before the smog, are often the easiest times to find a free Saturday.
Share the hall's location and the facility or venue manager's mobile, and tell us what time we can start. Send the child's name and age carefully, since the board is printed for you and can't be refunded. Let us know the venue's rules and roughly where the stage, buffet and play area will go, and nominate one relative to be around while we build.
For smaller parties, see birthday decoration in Noida and the kids special range. All balloon designs are on balloon decoration in Noida. Relatives who can't come can send a balloon bouquet in Noida, and the baby's earlier milestones are on newborn welcome decoration in Noida. The Funtook Noida page lists everything.
