Noida is one of India's busiest workplaces. Tech and service companies fill the towers of Sector 62 and the campuses from Sector 125 to 144; manufacturers run factories in the industrial phases and around Sectors 57, 63 and 80 to 83; news channels and production houses work out of Film City in Sector 16A; and new shops, clinics and cafés open every month in Sector 18 and the growing sectors along the Expressway. Each celebrates in its own way, on its own calendar, and Funtook's office and corporate decoration in Noida is built to suit them.
Our workplace designs cost ₹1,699 to ₹7,499, and teams often add balloon and birthday designs from ₹1,299 for smaller moments. Every design page lists the contents and price, which keeps approvals quick and simple.
| Workplace | Typical occasions | Good fit |
|---|---|---|
| IT and service campuses | Team birthdays, farewells, festivals, launches | Balloon designs, farewell backdrop |
| Factories and industrial units | Vishwakarma Puja, national days, openings | Tricolour design, balloon arches |
| Media houses in Film City | Show launches, channel anniversaries, farewells | Clean, on-brand backdrops |
| Shops, cafés and clinics | Openings, anniversaries, Diwali puja | Opening display with entrance arch |
| Schools and colleges | Annual days, farewells, results | Stage backdrops with printed names |
A quick farewell at a desk or in a small team room uses the ₹1,699 Simple Retirement Decoration. A bigger send-off, with the whole floor gathered, suits the ₹2,999 Goodbye Retirement Decor. For Republic Day and Independence Day flag hoistings at factories, schools and offices, the ₹2,499 Republic Day Decoration Office. For a new office, shop or clinic, the ₹7,499 Office Opening Balloon Decoration dresses the entrance and a wall for the ribbon-cutting. For team birthdays, one of our room surprise designs in a meeting room, or an arch from balloon decoration in Noida in company colours.

The IT parks and special economic zones along the Expressway have some of the strictest access in the city. The admin team typically needs to register the decorator in advance, with ID and sometimes vehicle details, and materials may have to come in through a goods gate. Many campuses restrict helium near sprinklers and tape on glass partitions; we can use air-filled balloons on stands instead. For a team surprise, book the first slot of the morning so the setup is done before people badge in, and keep aisles and fire exits clear.
Noida's industrial units celebrate Vishwakarma Puja around mid-September, when machines are cleaned and worshipped and workers share a meal. Units here typically ask us for a marigold-and-saffron arch over the gate, or a red-and-gold backdrop framing the Vishwakarma idol and the decorated machines. Keep the decoration well away from machinery, walkways and electrical panels, and follow the safety officer's guidance. Factories also mark Republic Day, Independence Day and Diwali, and hold openings for new lines or buildings. Because the puja falls on one fixed date for the whole industrial belt, slots on that morning go first.
News channels and production houses in Sector 16A celebrate show launches, channel anniversaries, milestones and farewells, often with cameras rolling. These events call for a clean, on-brand look: the channel's colours, a printed board with the show or occasion, and balloon work that frames rather than distracts. Coordinate with the studio or admin team on entry and timing, since studio schedules are tight and live broadcasts don't wait. Keep the decoration out of camera sightlines on active sets, and use colours that won't clash with the channel's on-air graphics.
For an opening in Sector 18, the Atta market area, a mall or a new sector's market, share where the decorator can unload, raise the shutter early and send your logo colours so the arch frames the signboard. In malls, check the management's rules and permitted setup hours. Clinics should keep decoration out of patient areas. In summer, morning openings keep balloons fresh, since the afternoon sun on a glass shop front quickly wilts them.
Noida's tech professionals move often: to Bengaluru or Hyderabad, to a startup down the road, or abroad for a posting. Farewells happen almost every week in large offices, and the best ones are simple: a backdrop in the colleague's favourite colours, a board with a line from the team, a cake, a few speeches and a video message from colleagues in other offices played on the meeting-room screen. Schedule it for the end of the day so it doesn't interrupt work, and keep it to half an hour; people remember a warm, short farewell far better than a long one.
Noida's offices celebrate the festive calendar across communities. Diwali brings office parties with rangoli, diyas and a gold-and-red balloon arch at reception. Holi celebrations usually happen in the parking area or on a terrace with organic colours before the holiday. Lohri and Makar Sankranti in January, Onam and Durga Puja in the autumn, and Christmas in December all get their own celebrations in companies with diverse teams. For any festival, a balloon arch or backdrop in suitable colours at the entrance or cafeteria sets the mood.
Noida's startup scene fills co-working spaces in Sectors 62, 63, 126 and around the city centre. Funding announcements, first customers, office anniversaries and new hires are all reasons for a small celebration. Check with the community manager where you can set up, keep it compact so it doesn't spill onto other companies' desks, and add a printed board with the company name for the LinkedIn photo.
For a product launch in a hotel ballroom or an auditorium on campus, keep the palette clean, white and silver with one brand colour, and put balloon columns at the edges of the stage so the centre stays free for screens and speakers. Share the stage plan and the AV team's timing. For a client visit, a small, elegant display at reception often says more than a large setup.
| Space | Fits | Tip |
|---|---|---|
| Team bay or cabin | Ceiling balloons and a banner | Keep walkways clear |
| Meeting room | Compact backdrop with columns | Face it towards the door |
| Cafeteria or lobby | Arch with a photo wall | Avoid lunch-hour setup |
| Factory gate or shop floor | Arch or puja backdrop | Stay clear of machines |
| Auditorium stage | Wide backdrop, entrance arch | Coordinate with AV |
Noida's schools, many of them large campuses serving the city's young families, book stage backdrops for annual days, Children's Day and Class 12 farewells; finish before assembly and let the school's security know the decorator's name. The engineering and management colleges around Sector 62, 125 and Greater Noida celebrate fests, convocations and placement results. Hospitals and clinics mark openings, Doctors' Day and staff farewells, always with decoration kept away from patient areas and in calm whites and blues.
Many Noida families have a parent retiring from a job in Delhi, a PSU or a bank, and the family celebration at home in the evening often means more than the office farewell. Ivory and gold, a sofa for the couple in front of the backdrop, and a board with the name, designation and years of service suit it. In a society flat, the living room works well; for more guests, book the clubhouse. The Goodbye Retirement Decor is designed for exactly this.
Noida's workplaces take security seriously. For campuses, SEZs and factories, the organiser should share the decorator's name, ID and arrival time with the admin or security team a day ahead, and confirm which gate to use. For offices in towers, check whether the building allows vendors during working hours or only before and after. Clear paperwork on the day avoids the decorator waiting at a boom barrier while the slot runs out, and keeps the event on schedule. If the campus issues temporary vendor badges, ask admin to keep one ready at the security desk.
Noida's roads can be slow at peak hours, especially the Expressway, the DND and the approaches to Sector 18 and 62. For events that must be ready at a fixed time, such as a 9 am flag hoisting or an opening puja, book the earliest slot available. For afternoon events, a late-morning slot usually avoids the worst of the traffic.
A named contact on site, the gate pass arranged, the wall or area cleared, a socket nearby if the design has lights, and about an hour for most designs, longer for an opening arch.
Noida's residents' associations are some of the most active in the NCR, and they organise a full calendar of events: Republic Day and Independence Day flag hoistings on the society lawn, Holi and Diwali melas, Navratri garba nights, Christmas carols and children's sports days. A balloon arch at the clubhouse entrance, columns flanking a small stage and a photo backdrop make these events feel special for residents. Get the committee's approval, share the programme time, and plan for the weather: shade in summer, cover in the monsoon, and indoor space on poor air-quality days.
Many Noida societies host garba and dandiya nights during Navratri, and Bengali associations organise Durga Puja pandals in several sectors. Offices with diverse teams often hold a small Navratri celebration too. For these, a colourful entrance arch and a backdrop for photographs in traditional outfits add to the festive feel. Keep the dance floor clear of balloon columns, since garba circles need plenty of room.
From the shops of Atta market to the new retail strips in the Expressway sectors, Noida's small businesses celebrate openings, anniversaries, the Diwali puja and Akshaya Tritiya. A balloon arch at the entrance or a backdrop behind the counter, set up early before customers arrive, is all that's needed. Keep the doorway clear for customers and tell us the occasion, so we can suggest colours that suit it.
Settle the time with the team first; the last hour of the working day works best, so the celebration doesn't break up the afternoon. Book a meeting room or cafeteria corner with a clear wall. Ask colleagues for a line or two to print on the board, or a short message for a card. Arrange the decorator's entry through the admin team. Put a chair at the centre of the backdrop for the person leaving, gather the team for a group photograph, keep the speeches short, and cut the cake at the end. Many teams also collect a small video montage of messages from colleagues in other locations and play it on the meeting-room screen.
The two flag-hoisting mornings of the year, in January and August, are among our busiest. March brings year-end farewells and appraisal celebrations. Holi is marked before the holiday. Vishwakarma Puja in mid-September is the peak for factories. Diwali brings office parties and gifting, and Christmas and New Year close the year. On poor air-quality days in November, keep celebrations indoors.
Approvers usually want the design link, the date and venue, and the terms: a 30% advance or full payment online, with a full refund for cancellations within 24 hours of booking and a possible fee after that. If your finance team needs a specific bill format, call before booking. On the day, keep a contact reachable, the gate pass ready and the wall clear, so the decorator can start the moment they arrive.
For a teammate's new baby, send a balloon bouquet in Noida to their tower. Getting married? Teammates can find function setups on haldi and mehndi decoration in Noida. For a big children's party, the birthday organiser packages in Noida. The Funtook Noida page lists every service.
