In a Noida society, a child's birthday is a community event. The invitations go out on the society WhatsApp group, the clubhouse is booked weeks in advance, and by four o'clock on a Saturday, thirty children from six towers are racing around the hall while their parents chat by the snacks. At the centre of it all is the backdrop: the jungle, the princess castle, the superhero city, the Cocomelon farm that the birthday child has been talking about for a month. Funtook's kids theme decoration in Noida builds that backdrop in your clubhouse or living room before the first guest arrives.
Theme designs start at ₹1,399 for character balloons and a banner and go up to ₹8,500 for a large backdrop with arches, props and big cut-outs. Each design page lists exactly what's included.
Toddlers: Cocomelon, Baby Shark and Boss Baby, including the Theme Baby Shark Birthday Decor (₹2,499) and the Baby Boss Birthday Celebration (₹2,299).
Animal lovers: the jungle theme, such as the Jungle Safari Birthday Decor (₹2,999), or dinosaurs from all theme decors.
Dreamers: Frozen, unicorn, mermaid and Barbie; try the Mermaid Princess Celebration (₹2,399) or the Simple Unicorn Theme Kids Birthday (₹1,699).
Action heroes: the superhero theme with Spiderman and Batman, including the Superhero Batman Birthday Decor (₹5,499).
| Budget | What arrives | Suits |
|---|---|---|
| ₹1,399 – ₹1,999 | Theme balloons, banner, a character | Cake-cutting in the flat |
| ₹2,299 – ₹2,999 | Themed wall with an arch, printed name | Living-room parties |

Most children's parties in Noida happen in the society clubhouse. Book it as early as you can, since popular Saturdays go fast. Ask for two to three hours before the party for the setup, and find out when the hall must be cleared. Check whether tape is allowed on the walls and whether helium balloons are permitted near the ceiling. Register the decorator on the gate app and share the facility manager's number. Put the backdrop on the longest wall, the cake table in front of it, the games at the far end and the snacks along a side wall, so every part of the party has its place.
For a smaller group of cousins and a few friends, the living room works well. A themed wall with a half arch fits comfortably in most Noida flats. Move the sofa aside the evening before, keep a sturdy table for the cake, and leave the centre of the room free for games. Keep the balcony door shut; high-rise balconies and excited children don't mix.
A first birthday in Noida often brings grandparents from two different states, colleagues from the office and half the tower. The clubhouse or a banquet hall is the usual venue. Choose a soft theme, centre the design on the baby's name with a large one-shaped foil, and ask for it low enough that a seated parent and baby are framed nicely. For a big banquet party, see the birthday organiser packages in Noida.
Noida is well set up for a themed birthday morning. The interactive role-play city and play zones in the big malls of Sector 18 are a treat for children who love pretending to be pilots, doctors or firefighters. Worlds of Wonder in Sector 38A is a favourite amusement park for older children. The Botanic Garden and the Okhla Bird Sanctuary suit young nature lovers heading into a jungle-themed party. A morning outing tires children out just enough, and leaves the flat or clubhouse free for our decorator.
In most Noida societies, children's party invitations travel through the tower or society WhatsApp group, and the guest list can grow quickly. Decide the number first, then book the venue and the decoration to match. Share the society's gate process in the invitation, so parents from other societies aren't stuck at security, and mention the clubhouse's location within the complex. A clear start and end time helps busy parents plan pick-ups.
Many Noida parents book a magician, a puppet show or a games host for a clubhouse party; for older children, tattoo artists, science shows and treasure hunts across the clubhouse lawn are popular. Toddlers are happiest with bubbles, soft play and familiar songs. Tell us where the entertainer will perform so the backdrop goes on a different wall, and keep the performance area clear of balloon columns.
Children eat quickly and not much. A low table with mini pizzas, fries, sandwiches, cut fruit and juice, opened early, keeps them happy while the grown-ups wait for the main spread. Keep the cake and chocolate away from the backdrop until after the photos, and station a bin and tissues nearby. Many clubhouses have rules about outside caterers and cleaning; check them when you book.
Match them to the theme: animal figures for jungle, hair clips for Frozen or unicorn, masks for superheroes. Noida's Atta Market in Sector 27 and the shops around Sector 18 stock party supplies and character items; Delhi's Sadar Bazar is the place for bulk buying. Hand them out at the door as families leave.
Booking the decoration before the clubhouse. Finishing the setup as the first guests walk in. A backdrop facing the clubhouse's glass wall, turning every photo into a silhouette. A theme the parents chose rather than the child. And forgetting that the hall must be cleared by a fixed time. Plan around these and the party runs itself.
Take the birthday child alone with the backdrop before guests arrive. At the cake-cutting, stand them just in front of the design. Ask a friend to photograph, so both parents are in the pictures. End with all the children and their return gifts, lined up in front of the backdrop.
Clubhouse fees in Noida are usually modest, so food, the cake, return gifts and any entertainer take most of the budget. A themed wall at ₹2,299 to ₹2,999 suits a small hall; a wider backdrop at ₹3,499 to ₹4,999 fills a larger one. Match the design to the hall and guest count rather than the other way round.
Joint parties are common in Noida societies: twins, siblings with birthdays close together, or two best friends from the same tower whose parents decide to share the clubhouse and the costs. Pick a theme both children genuinely like; rainbow, jungle or cars tend to bridge ages and genders. Ask for both names on the board, set two cakes side by side or one cake with both names, and give each child their own moment at the cake-cutting. Splitting a larger backdrop between two families often gets you a much bigger setup than either would book alone.
Noida's societies bring together families from every part of India. A Punjabi family might add a dhol for the grown-ups after the children's games; a Bengali family may serve payesh; a South Indian family might begin the day with a temple visit; a North-Eastern family may add a song or two from home. The decoration doesn't change, but a little space in front of the backdrop for a puja thali or a prayer, and a menu with something for everyone, make every guest feel welcome.
A Noida living room of about 12 by 16 feet takes a themed wall with a half arch and still leaves space for games. A clubhouse hall suits a wider backdrop with standees; a big party hall or banquet needs a showpiece setup. Ask your facility manager for the hall's measurements and mention them when booking.
Winter is peak party season in Noida, with schools closing for the Christmas break and families in a festive mood. A Frozen or winter-wonderland palette of blue, white and silver suits December beautifully, as does red, green and gold for a Christmas twist. Afternoon parties are best, since evenings get cold and foggy. Book the clubhouse and the decoration early; December weekends go quickly.
Linking a game to the theme makes a clubhouse party feel planned rather than improvised. At a jungle party, children pick an animal from a bowl and act it out while the rest guess. At a Frozen party, freeze dance is a must. For superheroes, set up a short cushion obstacle course across the clubhouse floor, with a paper mask for everyone who finishes. For Baby Shark or mermaid, play a fishing game with paper fish and a magnet on a stick. For football fans, a mini penalty shoot-out on the clubhouse lawn works well in winter. Keep all the games well away from the backdrop, so it survives for the cake photos.
The clubhouse or flat booked for enough time before the party; the decorator registered on the gate app; the facility manager's number; the wall you'd like used; a sturdy table for the cake; and a socket near the setup if the design has lights. Share the child's name and age exactly as they should appear on the board.
For children's parties that outgrow the clubhouse, Noida has banquet halls and party venues across the city, from the central sectors to the Expressway. They come with catering and air conditioning, which is useful in summer, but many host more than one event a day. Confirm how early our team can enter, whether helium and tape are allowed, and how long you have the hall. For the biggest setups, our organiser packages are designed for exactly these spaces.
Summer holidays in May and June coincide with Noida's hottest weeks; keep parties in air-conditioned spaces. The monsoon is humid and stormy. Around Diwali, when Noida's AQI often climbs, hold the party in the clubhouse or flat with the windows shut. Winter, from December to February, is the busiest season, with Christmas and New Year holidays. Book the clubhouse and the decoration a week or more ahead for winter weekends.
Children enjoy short, well-paced parties. Use the first twenty minutes for arrivals, with colouring or bubbles. Run games next, cut the cake around the one-hour mark while everyone is fresh, then serve food and hand out return gifts at the door. Most young guests are ready to go after two hours, and parents with a long drive back across the Expressway appreciate a clear end time.
A clubhouse full of toddlers needs one grown-up whose only job is watching the balloons: scraps from a popped latex balloon go straight into small mouths. Tie helium bunches on short ribbons, keep children off the backdrop frame, and let us know ahead of time about any latex allergy, so we can use foil where little hands reach. Our wiring always runs along the walls, never across the floor.
Most designs include a board with the child's name and age, printed for your order and non-refundable, so check the spelling. Match the cake and return gifts to the theme, and ask your baker for the same colours as the backdrop. Our list of Hindi birthday songs is handy for the cake, and 21 birthday decor ideas for girls has more ideas.
