Our decoration professionals will arrive at your location at the selected time slot and complete the decoration as per the chosen package.
The decorator can wait for a maximum of 30 minutes at the venue. Delays beyond this may lead to service cancellation.
Customers must ensure timely access, necessary permissions (society or hotel), and provide a stool or ladder if required.
Any service-related concerns must be reported within 2 hours of decoration completion.
No cancellation or rescheduling requests will be accepted once the decoration process has started.
