Results day in Umairabad

Say your daughter is coming home from her hostel in Patna after clearing an exam. Your house in Umairabad has a front veranda, and you want it to look festive when the bus drops her. You book a 6 PM slot for a balloon garland along the veranda and a bunch of balloons by the stairs. When she walks in with her bag, the neighbours' children are already posing next to it.

Balloon planning notes for Arwal

• NH-139 and NH-33 meet near Bhagat Singh Chowk, and sand trucks often slow traffic there. If your house is across the chowk, give the slot some margin.
• The road towards Mokri has held water even outside the rains. If you live that side, tell the decorator the driest way to your gate.
• Arwal has no railway station of its own, so guests usually come by road from Jehanabad or Patna. Keep the slot ahead of the time they expect to arrive.
• For a veranda or roof setup in summer, choose an evening hour; balloons last longer once the sun is down.

What is included

The design page lists every item, such as balloons, ribbons, a banner or a stand, and the decorator's work to put them up is in the price. Food, cake and the venue are for you to arrange.
