Welcoming a sister home in Ishakchak

Say your sister is coming home to Ishakchak by train after a year away, and the family wants the living room to say welcome. Ishakchak is close to Bhagalpur Junction, so you book a slot that ends an hour before her train is due. The decorator fixes a balloon arch around the doorway and a cluster over the sofa. Your mother only has to make the tea.

Balloon Decoration in Bhagalpur: designs and prices

Getting balloons right in Bhagalpur weather

• Bhagalpur has touched 46°C in May. Balloons on a sunny roof or balcony can burst within hours, so keep the setup indoors in summer.
• Ceiling balloons drift and pop if the fan runs at full speed. Switch fans off or to low for the first hour after setup.
• Many city roads are narrow and crowded with e-rickshaws. If a car cannot reach your gate, tell us where the decorator should stop and walk in from.
• In the monsoon months of June to September, damp walls can loosen tape. Point out a dry wall for the backdrop.

What is included

Each balloon design lists its exact items and colours, and setup at your venue is part of the price. The venue, cake and food stay with you.
