What Happens on the Day

1. Before the day: double-check the address, landmark and gate or parking instructions you entered at checkout, and keep your phone reachable.
2. Arrival: the decorator reaches at the start of your slot with all materials. Keep the room or area clear of furniture you want moved.
3. Setup: most birthday setups take around 1 to 2 hours; larger backdrops take longer. You do not need to help, but someone should be available to answer questions.
4. Final check: look over the setup with the decorator before they leave, and check names and spellings on banners.
5. After the party: most customers take the balloons down themselves once the celebration is over. Pop latex balloons and put them in the dry waste bin.
