Twins, two wishes, one party in Shahbaja

Picture twin girls in Shahbaja turning five. One wants a mermaid party and the other will not give up on unicorns. You settle on the Mermaid Princess Celebration, which has the sea colours one wants and the sparkle the other likes. The decorator comes in the 3 PM slot, and by the time their cousins arrive the drawing room looks like the sea. Both girls cut the cake together, and the argument is forgotten.

Kids' party tips for Sheohar

• Let the child choose the theme from the photos. It is their day, and they will notice every character on the backdrop.
• Winter evenings on a roof get cold quickly. Hold the party indoors or finish before sunset.
• Cousins coming from nearby villages may arrive late. Book a slot that ends about an hour before the guest time you have given.
• Order a cake that matches the theme a few days early, as theme cakes often take longer to prepare.

What is included

The theme backdrop, balloons and character props listed on your design, and the decorator's setup. Return gifts, food and the cake are yours to sort out.
