Welcome Baby Decoration in Purnia

Welcome Baby Decoration in Purnia on Funtook starts at ₹1,499, so the house is ready when a newborn comes home. There are designs for a baby boy, a baby girl or twins, set up by a decorator at your door and in the baby's room. For the first rice meal months later, there are annaprashan setups too.

Coming home from the Line Bazar hospitals

Line Bazar is the city's hospital belt, so picture a mother being discharged there on a Thursday morning. Her husband's family lives not far away in Khazanchi Hat. While the paperwork is being done, the decorator puts a balloon arch on the front door and a soft blue setup in the bedroom. When the car pulls up, the grandmother is waiting with the aarti thali, and the baby comes into a house that already looks festive.

Welcome Baby Decoration in Purnia: designs and prices

Before the baby comes home in Purnia

• Discharge times often slip by an hour or two. Book a slot that leaves some margin after the expected time.
• Keep balloons away from the cot and off the floor near the baby. Ask for the main setup at the door and in the living room.
• Purnia's humid months can make a closed room stuffy. Keep the baby's room light and airy, and let the bigger decor sit in the front room.
• Planning the annaprashan at around six months? Many Bengali families in the city call it mukhe bhaat, and the annaprashan designs suit either name.

What is included

The welcome balloons, banner or backdrop and props listed for the design, with setup at your home. Gifts, sweets and anything for the ritual are yours to arrange unless the design says otherwise.
