Timing the Welcome-Home Surprise

Discharge times from hospitals are hard to predict. Most families in Hyderabad handle it like this:

1. Book the decoration for the expected discharge day, with a slot in the morning or early afternoon.
2. Give a family member at home, or the security desk, access to let the decorator in.
